History
In 1989, through the vision of a small group of Denver area Nazarene pastors, "Care Unlimited" was started. It addressed the issue of those who needed food and clothing.
In 1995, that ministry moved into a renovated building it purchased, and was renamed Crossroads of the Rockies, as most people served were at a crossroads in their lives. Founded and directed by Dean Cowles, this organization went about the business of serving the Westwood neighborhood.
In the summer of 2008, after 13 years in a location on West Kentucky, Crossroads decided to relocate into a larger facility. Crossroads of the Rockies is located in the All Nations Ministries building at the corner of Dale Court and Mississippi Avenue in Denver. We share this facility with three healthy, kingdom-minded churches who together are striving to be the hands and feet of Jesus to the surrounding communities.
God has accomplished great things through Crossroads of the Rockies. Many, many people have been fed, clothed, and lifted up in prayer. Hundreds of children and youth have been mentored and tutored. Many people have come to Crossroads in crisis and found hope and healing.
